Land AI (“Land AI,” “we,” “us”) provides software that helps real estate investors and organizations find, communicate with and transact with property sellers and buyers. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, use our services, or are contacted through our platform by one of our customers.

Account information: name, email, phone, company, billing details and settings you provide.

Customer content: leads, contacts, messages, documents and other data you upload or that is generated in your account.

Usage information: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed and actions taken, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Public and third-party information: property and ownership information from public records and data sources, used to provide the services.

We use information to provide, maintain and improve the services; to process payments and send invoices; to communicate with you about your account; to protect against fraud, abuse and security risks; to comply with legal obligations; and, with your permission where required, to send product updates and marketing.

When our customers use Land AI to contact property owners or buyers, the customer decides whom to contact and why. For that data, we act as a service provider (processor) on the customer’s behalf. If you received a message sent through Land AI and want to stop receiving messages, reply with any opt-out request or contact the sender; you may also reach us through our contact page and we will help route your request.

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate the services (such as hosting, communications delivery, payments and analytics) under contracts that limit their use; with professional advisers; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Customers can delete content from their accounts, and we delete or de-identify account data within a reasonable period after an account closes, unless we must keep it longer by law.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
